Wood plank doors can be similar in design to panel doors, but with panels made of large vertical slats—vertical boards placed side-by-side filling the width of the panel space. Sun Mountain’s custom wood plank doors are manufactured with solid panels, then “V-grooved” to imitate the individual planks. V-grooves are typically evenly spaced but can also be placed in a random pattern. Door styles include planks running the entire vertical surface of the door.
