our process

Please contact us toll-free at 888.786.6861 or e-mail at sales@sunmountaindoor.com. Together, we'll complete the following steps to design and build a unique product just for you:

1. Discuss your unique design vision with one of our Design Consultants (this can be done verbally, with handwritten notes or drawings, or from plans provided by your architect or designer
2. We'll design your unique product and provide you a free written estimate including exact specifications, engineering drawings (if applicable), production and delivery lead times and pricing
3. If our estimate meets your needs, we'll obtain your signature approval on the written estimate
4. We require a 50% prepaid deposit on your material (not installation, if applicable) before we begin production
5. Once the estimate sign-off and deposit are received, we'll go to work and produce your unique product with the highest quality materials and workmanship
6. When complete, we'll contact you to schedule delivery of your product (and our turn-key installation service, if applicable)
7. We require the final 50% of your material order prior to shipment or, if you are a trade customer and have established a credit account with us, we'll bill you according to terms (click here for our Credit Application)
8. We'll ship the product safely to you
9. We'll stand behind our product with an industry leading product Warranty (click here to review our Warranty)
